**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced strategic manager to join our senior leadership team at Nottinghamshire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our intervention team and ensuring high-quality programme work is delivered to young people.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to reduce risk and offending behavior among young people.
  • Lead the development and review of policy documentation, including contract tendering and monitoring.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact programme work.
  • Develop and implement staff development and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted inspection framework and regulatory standards for Residential Children's Homes.
  • Produce complex reports and policy documents.

**Requirements**

  • Graduate with advanced level qualifications in relevant areas.
  • High-level expertise in assessment tools, outcome measurement, and data analysis.
  • Experience in staff development and training, multidisciplinary working, and contract tendering.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain personal emotional resilience.
