  • Evaluate the Impact of Learning Initiatives: Use data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of our learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and Development and implement innovative solutions to enhance our learning programs.
  • Manage the Learning Academy: Oversee the development and maintenance of our learning academy, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion: Ensure that all learning initiatives promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, and align with our company's values.
  • Support Onboarding Programs: Collaborate with HR to design and deliver effective onboarding programs that support new hires in their transition to the company.
  • Manage the L&D Budget: Oversee the budget for Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources and accurate tracking of training records.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 CIPD or Equivalent: A recognized qualification in Learning and Development is highly desirable.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex learning initiatives.
