Learning Support Assistant Nottingham

Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team at a primary school in the NG3 area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a childcare setting and be able to support children with their academic work.
The role will involve working closely with the class teacher to support the running of lessons, as well as providing one-to-one support to targeted children. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading guided reading sessions and implementing the school's reward system to engage children in lessons.
The school is looking for someone who can act as a positive role model for the children, manage their behaviour, and communicate effectively with colleagues and pupils. If you are a team player with a passion for supporting children's education, we encourage you to apply.
