About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Manager to join our team at E.O.N Worldwide. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambition to become a leading low-carbon energy supplier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify growth opportunities in residential and SME markets.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of external trends, economic conditions, and competitor performance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Work closely with our policy and regulation teams to develop strategic and economic rationales for external policy positions.
  • Establish strong relationships with E.O.N Group innovation to leverage venture capital and R&D activities.
  • Communicate the strategic direction for E.O.N Worldwide to our people, stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of the energy sector, including commodity and low-carbon solutions.
  • Experience working within a strategy function, with a focus on residential and SME markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Group stakeholders, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
