The successful candidate will work closely with the Partners and Associates to drive growth through strategic business development initiatives, positioning the firm as a leading player in the construction and real estate law sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new assignments.
  • Collaborate with fee earners to develop individual client plans, delivering a service that meets all client needs and identifies areas of opportunity within each account.
  • Lead a strategic and planned approach to develop action plans for existing clients and targets, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Work with the wider team to develop marketing collateral and execute business development strategies, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
  • Perform other related ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a business development role within a professional services firm.
  • Proven experience in preparing proposals, pitch materials, presentations, and other related marketing materials.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and backgrounds.
  • Ability to manage assigned workload independently, delivering accurate and high-standard work.
