Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, including:
- Implementing health promotion and wellbeing programmes
- Developing and implementing individual care plans for chronic disease patients
- Managing and supporting patients at risk of developing long-term conditions
- Providing wound care and running specialist clinics
- Collecting specimens for pathology and providing travel advice and vaccinations
- Maintaining accurate contemporaneous clinical records and ensuring data is coded appropriately
