Regional Manager Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Starbucks team in Scotland and Northern Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with Area Managers, setting objectives and targets for both them and their stores.
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and ensure standards are met by reviewing processes and adapting as needed.
  • Monitor financial performance, including P&L trends, budgets, sales reports, and cost controls.
  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures, conduct store audits, and address stock control issues.
  • Communicate promotions effectively to teams and provide support to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • Area manager, Area Management, or Multi Store Management in Catering and Coffee experience
  • Ability to implement and influence change
