Sales/Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Project Manager to join our team at a leading construction company. As a Sales/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and project development from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend site visits to understand client requirements and produce tenders to win projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to monitor project performance.
  • Read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and plans to accurately quote for construction works.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales/Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to quote for construction works accurately.
  • Experience in tendering and project management.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and plans.
