As a Group FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with key Finance leads across the business to report on the overall financial performance of the business.
  • Produce and consolidate annual budgets, forecasts, and 5-year plans.
  • Support Finance Business Partners and other business stakeholders by providing information and analysis to enable informed decision-making.
  • Manage the reporting process and provide clear, timely, and accurate financial reporting to the Divisional CFO, Exco, and Kantar Group.
Requirements:
  • Strong financial planning, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High integrity and confidence.
  • Ability to identify major risks and work collaboratively with management teams to develop plans to mitigate those risks.
  • Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Degree-level education and recognized accounting qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
  • Fluency in English.
Desirable:
  • Experience of working in a complex matrix environment and inspiring confidence at the centre while working collaboratively with the local business to help them be successful in the market.
  • Experience of working in a similar industry or a contract-based organization.
  • 10 years PQE (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong experience in FP&A.
