Group FP&A Analyst

Partner Group is seeking a highly skilled Group FP&A Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the Finance function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Operating Companies to consolidate financial performance and provide insights to drive commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations and Strategy teams to ensure synergy and identify areas for opportunities versus key competitors.
  • Lead the enhancement of the FP&A consolidation process and reporting methods, implementing new methodologies and ways of working to create a best-in-class function.
  • Gather and consolidate the Group's monthly financial planning and analysis results, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide the Board and Management Committee with insightful reports and key analysis of the Group's performance.
Requirements:
  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience working within a Group FP&A team is preferable
  • Natural team player with well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Inquisitive mind-set that continuously challenges and seeks process improvement
