Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Group FP&A team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making. Your expertise will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate weekly sales reports
  • Support the coordination and delivery of the global annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts
  • Work with the Group FP&A Manager to develop and deliver the 5-year business plan update
  • Own the preparation of monthly management reporting presentation decks and Board packs
  • Develop and maintain global reporting templates for the wider finance team
  • Collaborate with Group and Regional finance teams to drive consistency and visibility across regions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiencies
About You
  • Newly qualified accountant with ACA/CIMA/ACCA equivalent
  • Previous experience in Retail/FMCG desirable
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience of building and working with models, reports, and large data sets
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience using Anaplan (or a similar forecasting system) desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and proactive with a curiosity to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
