Group FP&A Manager

Job Summary
The Group FP&A Manager is a key player in the delivery and execution of Group FP&A activities, including strategic planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and standard business performance reporting. This role is responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of the Group's monthly financial reports, including detailed analysis packs for senior management and a formal Board report.
- Timely preparation of a review notes pack for senior management, including a critical review, analysis, and summary of business units' operating results.
- Provide financial analysis to support the preparation of quarterly results announcements and investor briefings.
- Develop and manage analytical tools, reports, and models to ensure accuracy, clarity, simplicity, and relevance to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- Graduate qualified in finance, business, or economics.
- Qualified Accountant – ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA / CPA or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of Finance or Accounting Management experience preferably in complex multinational businesses with FP&A expertise.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
- Solid understanding of FP&A, Commercial, and Supply Chain Finance processes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to clearly present insights.
- Strong modelling ability including valuations, scenario, sensitivity, and pricing analysis.
