We are in search of a Head of Personalisation eager to redefine how the retail sector formulates and implements Personalisation strategies. This role presents an opportunity to innovate how leading retailers leverage data and analytics to center Customers in their one-to-one strategies. You will lead a multifunctional team at dunnhumby, working directly with some of the most renowned retailers globally.

In this position, you will collaborate with passionate, top-tier professionals to shape the future of dunnhumby's Personalisation offerings. You will act as a catalyst for change within both the retailer's organization and dunnhumby, engaging with C-suite executives across numerous global retailers and establishing yourself as a thought leader in the industry.

We seek individuals ready to challenge global retailers to enact meaningful change. The ideal candidate will excel in environments where they engage with senior-level stakeholders in retail organizations and navigate differing viewpoints. You will operate amidst uncertainty to deliver both immediate value and long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing innovative Personalisation strategies in the retail sector
  • Collaborating with third-party partners to create cutting-edge automation and technology that supports real-time one-to-one strategies
  • Designing scientific methodologies, technologies, and processes to enhance decision-making speed, impact, and efficiency
  • Guiding C-suite executives within retail organizations and dunnhumby towards new operational frameworks
  • Challenging the conventional perspectives of retailers and dunnhumby to foster transformational growth
