Head of Personalisation

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Personalisation strategy, driving transformative growth for our clients and cementing dunnhumby's position as a global leader in Customer Data Science.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive Personalisation plan, leveraging data and science to deliver 1-to-1 strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation and technology solutions that empower real-time decision making.
- Lead the development of science, technology, and processes that improve speed, impact, and efficiency of decision making.
- Engage with C-suite executives within retailers and dunnhumby to drive new ways of working and challenge the status quo.
- Design and deliver future-fit propositions that transform how retailers and their partners make and execute decisions.
- A proven agent of change with a track record of winning hearts and minds of internal and external stakeholders.
