About the Role

As a Care Assistant at City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will be responsible for following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
