About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Therapy Assistant to join our team at an Outstanding Specialist ASD School in London. As a Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our multi-professional therapy team, providing support to students with complex needs.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing daily programmes, promoting school improvement projects around communication and pupil voice, and working alongside Speech and Language and Occupational Therapy teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and diligent individual who can engage and build rapport with children with Autism quickly. You will have the ability to reflect carefully on the support you give others, how this can be most effective for learners with SEND, and understand why this might be.

About the School

The school has two provisions supporting Primary and Secondary aged students between 5 and 16, most of whom have EHCPs for specialist language or communication needs.
