Job Title: FRA Carpenter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled FRA Carpenter to join our team at Build Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading doors in residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install fire doors and other door types in residential properties
  • Inspect and maintain doors to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Report to seniors and provide updates on door maintenance and installation
  • Use PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) for tasks and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential door installation and maintenance
  • Good social skills and customer service
  • Asbestos awareness certificate and DBS check
  • Drivers' license and qualifications in City and Guilds/NVQ
