Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Buyer or Junior Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion accessories and homeware buying, with a passion for identifying trends and commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement buying strategies to meet and exceed target margins, prioritizing profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform buying decisions.
  • Manage annual production and manufacturing budgets, working closely with the Buying Director and production teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Buying team, Buying Director, and wider teams to align marketing and buying strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fashion accessories and homeware buying, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing process.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and tenacity, with a passion for delivering results.
