We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR practitioner to join our team at the Royal Academy of Dance, a world-renowned institution dedicated to enriching people's lives through ballet and opera. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our internal customers with a full range of HR interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver progressive Human Resources strategies that drive step-change improvements in delivery
  • Work collaboratively with designated leaders, stakeholders, and colleagues to develop a whole system approach to human resources management, practice, and reporting
  • Advocate for HR best practice and provide suitable advice and guidance to all those who engage with the department
  • Lead by example, mentor staff within the HR Department, and support a range of employees across the organisation
  • Establish professional credibility quickly with colleagues and interact effectively with staff at all levels and across all departments
Requirements
  • Significant Human Resources Business Partner experience in a leadership role across an appropriately sized and complex organisation with Chartered-level membership of the CIPD or equivalent experience
  • A demonstrable commitment to the principles of diversity and inclusion and experience of their practical application and integration in the work environment
  • An adaptable, collaborative, and persuasive leadership style and approach that will inspire the trust and commitment of others, with strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
