Complex Claims Adjuster Role at AIG

AIG is seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to manage key claims handling enquiries, effective vendor and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) management, and strive for continuous improvement in claim file handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough coverage determination, quantum analysis, and legal liability assessment to ensure accurate claim resolution
  • Collaborate with Team Manager/Senior Adjuster for effective vendor and TPA management to optimize claim handling processes
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless claim resolution
  • Process payment of TPA bordereaux in a timely manner to maintain efficient claim handling
  • Continuously improve claim file handling processes to enhance overall claim resolution efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume, low-value insurance claims
  • Specialized knowledge in Gadget and Mobile Phone technical claims topics
  • Experience in conducting in-house and remote audits is a plus
