Job Title: Customer Service Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, predominantly via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative tasks, including invoicing, booking sample collections, and resolving customer queries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Temporary to permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • A background in science is highly beneficial, with an academic or professional environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ideally developed during experience in a similar role.
  • Highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills, and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be immediately available to begin.
