Overview

FT Specialist is a leading provider of niche audience groups with information that helps them make better decisions and operate more effectively. Our team of 350 professionals around the world creates 19 brands that cater to the needs of fund management professionals, financial advisers, banking professionals, sustainable finance professionals, economic development and foreign investment professionals, US corporate boards, US insurance professionals, biopharma professionals, and personal investors.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Performance Analyst to support the reporting capabilities of FT Specialist marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for driving the performance and optimization of campaigns through deep analysis, strategic insights, and robust reporting. The successful candidate will be able to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, drive revenue growth, and improve customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time insight into marketing performance.
  • Provide campaign analysis to partners, helping them understand the impact of marketing efforts and make informed decisions.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns in depth using various metrics and performance indicators.
  • Utilize attribution models to understand the influence of various touchpoints across the customer journey.
  • Encourage and lead a culture of continuous testing and optimization of campaigns.
  • Implement and advocate for best practices in marketing automation.
  • Craft and refine customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeting precision.
  • Establish and monitor important measurements that support campaign objectives and business goals.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns, marketing funnels, and methods for measuring campaign efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics platforms to analyze campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing performance.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • High-level of attention to detail, particularly when dealing with large datasets and marketing metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot platform issues and suggest innovative solutions.
Desirable
  • An understanding of established techniques in marketing automation, combined with past involvement in establishing, managing, and improving automated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in developing and refining customer segmentation strategies to enhance marketing targeting and personalization efforts.
