About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at The Ned group. As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, securing business, and converting enquiries into confirmed events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer relationships and use your excellent sales skills to secure business and conversions
  • Conduct show arounds to pre-booked and walk-in clients to showcase our facilities and services
  • Prepare booking event orders and all essential requirements for events to ensure seamless execution
  • Work in partnership with our operations teams to deliver exceptional events and experiences

Requirements:

  • Excellent rapport building skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Fantastic personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great all-round knowledge and ability to convert enquiries into confirmed business
