Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.
- Mortgage Applications: Serve as the first point of contact for any queries related to mortgage applications, collaborating with Mortgage Brokers and Solicitors to ensure compliance with mortgage requirements and conditions.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the underwriting and risk team to ensure seamless case progress and address any queries or issues that may arise.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the Line Manager, escalating issues for discussion and resolution, and liaise with the underwriting and risk team to ensure compliance with mortgage requirements and conditions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in the financial or conveyancing industry, with relevant office experience also considered.
- Customer Service: Highly motivated with exceptional customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry and management, with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to change.
