Job Title: HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources department of a well-established company. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including recruitment, payroll administration, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration and ensure all employee records are up-to-date.
  • Employee Relations: Help to coordinate staff training and development programmes.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the organisation of company events and team-building activities.
  • HR Documentation: Handle HR-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Qualification: CIPD level 3 qualified or studying towards would be desirable.
  • HR Experience: Experience within a HR department.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Employment Law: A good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
