Job Title: Director, HR

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR Director to join our team at DMS1 LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support in resolving conflicts
  • Implement performance management systems, conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions
  • Manage employee disciplinary actions and terminations, partnering with management and legal counsel to mitigate potential risks
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality or leisure sector
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR software systems
