Mortgage Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team at KFS Recruitment. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Support team in the processing of specialist lending applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Specialist Consultants in the processing of specialist lending applications
  • Handle calls and monitor the team's performance
  • Provide administrative support, including data inputting and processing
  • Assist with correspondence between the sales team and introducers
  • Liaise with lenders and third parties on behalf of the consultants
  • Track and monitor business performance using MI
  • Manage the diary of colleagues and book appointments as needed
  • Perform basic administrative duties across the business
Requirements:
  • Motivated and focused individual with the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with commercial awareness of business requirements
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Strong proof-reading skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work well in a dynamic team
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress
