Project Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and sustainable projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating exceptional designs that meet their expectations.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive team dynamic.

Requirements:

  • Significant post-Part 3 experience, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • ARB registration, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD, with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
