Job Summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from planning to completion, working closely with clients and consultants to develop designs and prepare documentation for tender purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with clients and consultants to develop designs and prepare documentation for tender purposes.
  • Prepare and produce technical bid and tender documents, including project proposals and presentations.
  • Manage a demanding workload of medium to large-scale projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring excellent communication and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years post-Part-III RIBA, recently qualified ARB, or equivalent with UK on-site construction experience.
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload of medium to large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in architectural design and project delivery.
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit and other industry-standard software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercially aware, responsible, and reliable, with a strong understanding of project budgets and timelines.
