Account Director, Brand Experience Specialist

About This Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the administration of new instructions and ensuring the timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly open and administer new instructions, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, obtaining all required information and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the Key Account Executive and Head of New Business to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Support the New Business Advisors in resolving key account issues and enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional administration skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive business relationships at all levels.
  • Good understanding of the conveyancing process and the property market.
  • Proactive approach to solving day-to-day tasks and problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively as an individual as well as a team.
  • Confident manner, with a strong understanding of the business and its core values.
  • Strong planning and implementation skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to influence others, with a strong commitment to the company's core values.
