About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the brand experience and account management for our clients. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in account management and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly open and administer new instructions to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to obtain all required information and ensure their needs are met.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, both written and verbally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination at all levels.
  • Proactively approach all areas of the job role to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure that panel SLA's are met, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Promote company vision and values, embodying the principles of Aspire, Innovate, Integrate, and Commit.
  • Confidently resolve conflicts and promote positive behaviors, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support the Key Account Executive and Head of New Business as directed, working collaboratively to drive business growth.
  • Display resilience and tenacity, going above and beyond to ensure success and meet client expectations.
  • Support New Business Advisors when required, addressing key account issues and enquiries with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive business relationships at all levels.
  • Good understanding of the conveyancing process and the property market, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Good understanding of panel management and the politics involved, with the ability to navigate complex situations with ease.
  • Proactive approach to solving day-to-day tasks and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident manner and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the business and New Business Development, with the ability to drive growth and improvement.
  • Commitment and dedication to the business, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
