About Us

Our teams are revolutionizing the retail landscape by leveraging cloud technology, robotics, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things. We deliver services to partner clients worldwide through our cutting-edge advanced robotics technology, known as the Ocado Smart Platform ("OSP"), which powers our highly automated, multi-million-pound Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs). Within our CFCs, along with proprietary software applications, we manage a premier online grocery business that automates the individual picking of products, prepared for online delivery.

About the Role

The Organisational Transformation Project Leader is an integral part of our continuous improvement team, taking full ownership and accountability for large-scale, end-to-end transformation initiatives, supporting internal departments and project delivery teams.

This role will involve leading projects aimed at enhancing the capability, efficiency, and effectiveness of Technology Operations, managing change across the organization, processes, and tools. The Project Leader will hold responsibilities related to budget management, personnel oversight, and decision-making, possessing the leadership qualities necessary to drive each phase of their projects with various internal teams. They will ensure adherence to change management best practices while meeting project timelines. The ideal candidate will be skilled in championing change, addressing challenges and resistance, managing risks and issues, reporting, and playing a key role in promoting our company culture and values.

The Organisational Transformation Project Leader will implement change management best practices (e.g., PROSCI Methodology) to ensure high engagement, successful deployment of changes, and realization and sustainability of benefits. The types of projects under their purview may range from leading extensive organizational changes, process and software implementations, to executing complex material handling equipment upgrades across our international portfolio of CFCs. As Ocado Group continues to innovate the shopping experience, our change project delivery team will remain agile to meet evolving challenges.
