About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance transformation roadmap. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our transformation initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of key finance transformation projects, adhering to project management best practices and established ways of working.
  • Establish governance and interactions to ensure business needs are met and process or system changes are understood or owned by BAU teams.
  • Scope and deliver a pipeline of change projects for review and approval with Finance Leadership Team (FLT), Group Finance Director, and CFO.
  • Manage the overall programme of work to ensure it delivers our overarching departmental objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including group and commercial finance teams, and present to CFO, Group IT Director, and senior People Function representatives at Finance Transformation Steering updates.
About You
  • 10+ years' experience working in a Finance transformation role with a proven track record in delivery of Finance transformation projects.
  • Experience with Finance ERP systems, ideally Fusion Cloud Financials and EPM.
  • Relevant accounting qualification, or equivalent experience (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, MBA).
