Senior Finance Manager - Finance Transformation

About Us

We are a leading online retailer, using innovative technology to put the world's retailers online. Our teams are working on developing the Ocado Smart Platform, a cutting-edge technology that enables us to operate highly automated Customer Fulfilment Centres. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance Transformation team.

Accountabilities

  1. Lead the delivery of key finance transformation projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practice and established ways of working.
  2. Establish the required governance and interactions to ensure business needs are met, and any process or system change is understood or owned by BAU teams.
  3. Scope and deliver a pipeline of change projects for review and approval with Finance Leadership Team (FLT), Group Finance Director, and CFO.
  4. Manage the overall programme of work to ensure it delivers our overarching departmental objectives.
  5. Engage with stakeholders across the organisation, presenting to CFO, Group IT Director, and senior People Function representatives.

About You

  1. 10+ years' experience working in a Finance transformation role with a proven track record in delivery of Finance transformation projects.
  2. Experience with Finance ERP systems, ideally Fusion Cloud Financials and EPM.
