Stanton House is seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of a major Finance Transformation programme for one of our retail clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation project, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with the SI, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver the project to time, cost, and quality metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and 3rd party suppliers.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of the Finance Transformation programme.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in implementing ERP systems, with a strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
