Job Title: Oracle Fusion Project ManagerJob Description

Stanton House is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead the implementation of a major Finance Transformation programme for one of our retail clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience implementing ERP systems, with a proven track record of delivering projects to time, cost, and quality metrics.

The role requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to bring the business along for the journey, engaging with 3rd party suppliers, technical teams, and key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation from the business side, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with SI's, technical teams, and senior internal stakeholders to deliver the project to time, cost, and quality metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including 3rd party suppliers and technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience implementing ERP systems, with a focus on Oracle Fusion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
