**Job Summary**

Stanton House is seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of a major Finance Transformation programme, including a new Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) and a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation from the business side, ensuring the project is delivered to time, cost, and quality metrics. This will involve:

  • Managing the link between the System Integrator (SI), technical teams, and senior internal stakeholders to deliver the project.
  • Coordinating with 3rd party suppliers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, including engaging with key business stakeholders and suppliers.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong project management experience implementing ERP systems, with Oracle Fusion experience being a bonus.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, including stakeholder management and communication.
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of finance transformation programmes.
