Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and solicitors to resolve queries and provide updates.
  • Input data accurately onto our tracking system, maintaining high levels of data integrity.
  • Prepare and send client paperwork, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Support the team in organizing events and activities, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • No qualifications required, but 5 GCSEs are desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
