Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and plan drivers, utilizing our state-of-the-art transport software to optimize routes and schedules.
  • Control and plan resources, including vehicles, drivers, and trailers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze daily plans, making adjustments as needed to maximize utilization and minimize costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking systems to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams and drivers to ensure customer satisfaction and meet key performance targets.
Requirements:
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • CPC desirable but not required.
  • Experience in planning across multiple depots.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Customer-focused and commercially astute, with a drive to deliver exceptional results.
