Aerospace Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Persimmon Homes, a leading UK house builder. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Sales Team to achieve monetary and volume targets through negotiation and selling of plots.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Sales Team effectively, setting clear objectives, conducting professional development reviews, coaching, and training to ensure employees achieve their full potential and company targets.
- Oversee and support all communication and administration associated with sales transactions, including liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and financial institutions to ensure required documentation is provided and the home sale is audit compliant.
- Monitor and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to assess the progress of the Sales advisor team to ensure monetary and volume targets are met.
- Manage customer sales complaints to achieve resolution in accordance with customer experience standards.
- Work cohesively with other departments across the Operating Company, such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal, to ensure achievement of completion targets and timely updates relating to plot progress.
- Advocate the Group Health, Safety, and Environment Policy while ensuring compliance throughout the team to ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word
- Previous experience in a new homes sales management role is essential
- Full UK Driving Licence is required
