You will demonstrate that you are a strategic leader with a strong background in engineering and a passion for improving dental care through technology and innovation.
Main Responsibilities
To lead the financial performance of your territory, including:
- P&L ownership and financial management
- Collaboration and alignment with sales teams to drive sustainable profitable growth
- Partnering with Business Partners to build strong regional and national relationships
- Setting targets for growth and revenue expansion
- Mitigation plans, compensating for any variation in performance against budget
- Achieving optimum costs to deliver service excellence
To lead service provision within territory with specific emphasis on:
- Reactive maintenance (RM) and proactive maintenance strategies
- Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) and equipment installation services
- Net Promoter score and customer satisfaction metrics
- Capacity Management (productivity and operational efficiency)
- Manage to and exceed Service Level Agreements with all customers, particularly our contracted Business Partners
- Health, safety, and wellbeing of field teams
Revenue innovation:
- Prioritise new innovations/activities to drive profitable growth and revenue expansion
- Implement optimum meeting structure that focuses on both physical and commercial performance (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support and coaching to your Leadership team and where appropriate Engineers
- Create a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service
- Ensure Engineers are trained to the most appropriate standard to ensure they meet and exceed customer demands
- Collaborate with back office (scheduling, equipment, invoicing, ppm) to maintain and improve performance
- Handling any escalated concerns internally or with customers
- Process governance; Oversight and ultimate leadership
- Reviewing and suggesting improvements to customer service/process
- Driving process and behaviour improvements in the field to be in line with company values
- Manage engineer van stock takes
- Engineer profiles within CRM
- Complex installations
- Client meetings and escalations
