Job Title: Apprentice Customer Service Engineer

Finning International is seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, including diagnosing and resolving issues with heavy equipment.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce downtime.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to customers.

Requirements:

  • Apprentice trained / Formally trained Engineer (NVQ Level 3 preferred in Land Based Engineering / Plant Fitting)
  • Knowledge in the use of field-based diagnosis tools and equipment essential
  • Heavy Earth Moving equipment operating knowledge
  • LDV driving licence
  • Experience of a variety of construction and static machines essential
