Job Title: Apprentice Customer Service Engineer

Finning International is seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Customer Service Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Customer Service Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use and maintenance of heavy equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with heavy equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Apprentice trained / Formally trained Engineer (NVQ Level 3 preferred in Land Based Engineering / Plant Fitting).
  • Knowledge in the use of field-based diagnosis tools and equipment essential.
  • Heavy Earth Moving equipment operating knowledge.
  • LDV driving licence.
  • Experience of a variety of construction and static machines essential.
