Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – Telematics

Location: Crewe, Cheshire

Salary: Up To £24,000 + monthly bonus

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

You will be responsible for engaging with customers professionally and empathetically, actively listening to their concerns and providing effective solutions via inbound calls, webchats, emails, and helpdesk tickets.

Our customer service team is committed to delivering exceptional service, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls, webchats, emails, and helpdesk tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries, 1st line technical issues, and service-related problems in a timely manner
  • Educate customers on the functionalities and benefits of our products to enhance their understanding and usage
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify and share opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of customer service procedures
