Chemistry Laboratory Supervisor

We are seeking a Chemistry Laboratory Supervisor to join our expanding Physico Chemical Testing team at our Eye, Suffolk site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, ensuring the day-to-day running of the laboratories, and contributing to the organisation of staff workloads.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
- Assist in the organisation of staff workloads, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with the team leader to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Minimum A-levels or equivalent in a relevant scientific field. A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Supervisory experience within a laboratory, preferably working to regulatory standards such as GLP.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
