We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Surveyor booking team at our National Operations Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a telephone-based booking service for our clients who have instructed us to conduct residential surveys in relation to mortgage valuations.
Main Responsibilities:- Booking appointments for our Surveyors to conduct property valuations/surveys to assist clients with their potential mortgage application or property purchase.
- Delivering a proactive, professional, and productive service.
- Ensuring that you are always delivering service excellence.
- Ability to overcome customer's objections to ensure that service levels are maintained for our clients.
- Competitive basic salary.
- 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.
- Hours are Tuesday - Friday 10:30am - 19:00 with a Saturday 9am - 5:30pm.
