Role Overview:

As a Lead Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring, guiding, and overseeing a dedicated team of nursing professionals. Your leadership will ensure the smooth operation of the nursing department, contributing to the high standards of care for individuals with neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.

Your Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you will leverage your experience from either the NHS or private sector to deliver exceptional care in a specialized environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating nursing tasks and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitoring the health status of service users and responding to any changes
  • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff, providing essential support and guidance
  • Making informed decisions regarding patient assignments and resource management
  • Facilitating communication between nursing personnel and other healthcare professionals

No two days will be alike, offering a diverse mix of stimulating and routine activities to keep you engaged.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A valid nursing qualification
  • Registration with the NMC
  • A proactive attitude, compassionate nature, and dedication to delivering high-quality care
  • Relevant experience in a comparable setting
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
