Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with neurological illnesses and acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and develop clinical skills.
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and registration.
  • Strong team-working skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • High level of self-motivation and flexible approach.
  • Positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate.
  • Commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
