Key Responsibilities- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with neurological illnesses and acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and develop clinical skills.
- Relevant nursing qualification and registration.
- Strong team-working skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- High level of self-motivation and flexible approach.
- Positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate.
- Commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
- Annual salary of £29,426 - £38,471 pro rata (based on a 37.5 hr week).
