Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Irlam Associates. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Manage outgoing and incoming customer calls and emails, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
- Administrative Tasks: Administer systems for overtime, deductions, anomalies, staff inductions, holidays, and staff records.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of timesheets and collect and record hours from staff, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Financial Management: Deal with and manage petty cash, stationary ordering, year-end stock takes, and paper orders.
- General Administration: Perform general admin duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and typing, as well as updating weekly and monthly spreadsheets.
- Communication: Deal with incoming and outgoing post, set up meeting rooms, catering, and drinks, and ensure any complaints are logged and dealt with by the appropriate person.
- Customer Service: Experience working in a customer service-led and administrative role.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to be organized, prioritize workload, and work under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to organize, administer, plan, and prioritize effectively.
