Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Irlam Associates. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Manage outgoing and incoming customer calls and emails, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
- Administrative Tasks: Administer systems for overtime, deductions, anomalies, staff inductions, holidays, and staff records.
- Inventory Management: Track and record hours from staff, manage petty cash, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and typing.
- Communication: Liaise with other depots, deal with incoming and outgoing post, and ensure any complaints are logged and dealt with by the appropriate person.
- Experience: Proven experience working in a customer service-led and administrative role.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
